GBP 14.67 per hour





37.5 hours per week






Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Housing Support Assistant at Clockwise Woodgreen, London.

The role of Housing Support Assistant will include:

Providing onsite management and supervision of the supported housing service ensuring the delivery of an effective, enhanced, housing management service
:
Assisting with tenancy and voids management and maintaining occupancy levels
:
Supporting and promoting compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
:
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external key stakeholders
:
Managing the procurement and availability of supplies, furniture, and equipment
:
Recording and updating relevant data, maintaining effective filing systems
:
Contributing to special projects and change programmes as appropriate



Skills and experiences:

Previous experience delivering tenancy services
:
Experience working to deadlines and prioritising workload
:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
:
Literacy and numeracy to the equivalent of Grade C English and Maths GCSE
:
NVQ2 or equivalent in relevant area
:
Ability to extract and interrogate data
:
Some experience in the use of housing management systems or similar is desirable
:
Occasional travel may be a requirement of the role; therefore, a full valid driving licence is essential
