Daily Rate: £90-£115 (Experience dependant)
Veritas Education are searching for Complex Needs Education Assistants to work in a specialist primary school in BD6/BD9 area of Bradford. You will be supporting children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom
As PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with profound and multiple learning disabilities to reach their full potential. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of these exceptional students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with PMLD.
2. Assist in creating and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs).
3. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
4. Assist with personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility.
5. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to adapt and modify instructional materials.
