Senior Wedding & Events Executive
Full Time - 40 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends when required
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience, plus monthly TRONC
The Role
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring every event is planned and executed to perfection. Combining strong sales ability with outstanding organisational skills, you’ll help maximise bookings while delivering a seamless and memorable experience.
Client Relations & Event Coordination
* Manage incoming event enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, responding promptly and professionally
* Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
* Conduct showrounds and site visits, showcasing the estate with confidence and enthusiasm
* Drive revenue through upselling and supporting strong conversion rates
* Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Event Administration & Delivery
* Maintain accurate event records, contracts, and communications
* Produce detailed function sheets and coordinate effectively with internal teams
* Support the delivery of seasonal and promotional packages
* Attend events where required to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
Team Collaboration
* Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure seamless event delivery
* Support and guide junior team members, sharing best practice and knowledge
* Contribute positively to team meetings and internal communications
* Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, in line with business needs
Quality & Service Excellence
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey
* Maintain accurate systems and event documentation
* Proactively manage feedback and resolve issues effectively
* Continuously contribute to service improvements
Qualifications / Requirements
* Proven experience coordinating events, with strong wedding expertise
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a warm, professional approach
* Strong sales mindset with the ability to build client relationships
* Experience with event or property management systems (e.g. Rezlynx) preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Calm under pressure with excellent problem‑solving skills
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
