About Urban Fun Kingston
Urban Fun Kingston is a fast-growing, experience-led entertainment venue delivering high-energy arcade games, competitive socialising, food, drink, and private event experiences. We host everything from birthday parties to full-scale corporate takeovers.
We are now looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our party and corporate events business.
The Opportunity
This is a sales-focused role with real autonomy. You will own the full sales cycle for party and corporate bookings — from lead generation and venue tours to closing deals and supporting event delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Sell party, group, and corporate event bookings
* Proactively generate leads through outbound sales, local business outreach, and networking
* Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, website, and social media
* Conduct venue tours and client meetings
* Build and manage a live sales pipeline and forecast bookings
* Upsell food, drink packages, exclusive hire, and add-ons
* Build long-term relationships with local businesses and repeat clients
* Work closely with venue operations to ensure seamless event delivery
