Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
* Managing a shared finance inbox obtaining invoice approvals
* Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
* Completing bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and supplier statements
* Producing weekly aged creditor reports to support healthy cashflow
* Managing petty cash transactions
* Raising purchase orders
Key skills required for this role:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
* Strong communication skills confidently working with both internal and external stakeholders
* Self-motivator who is organised and able to prioritise their workload
