What You’ll Be Doing
* Setting up and managing electronic mortgage and protection case files
* Providing documents to lenders and tracking case progress
* Liaising with solicitors, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth processing
* Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
* Handling incoming calls and responding to client queries
* Finalising and closing completed cases
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Financial Services or Mortgage Administration
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong IT and CRM system skills
* Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised
* Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
