Your Tasks
* Investigate inventory discrepancies; physical and system checking (SAP, GR trackers, stock monitoring reporting), make necessary corrections in a timely manner.
* Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for LO team and organise and lead annual stock take counts.
* Ensuring logistics requirements are met from suppliers (packaging, labelling)
* Tracking and reporting non-conformities from suppliers: creation of Quality Notifications in SAP
* Support the training in inventory audit checks to others
* Holiday cover for admin
* Support with LO audits and counts when required
* Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Your Profile
* HNC or equivalent
* Good critical thinking skills to problem solve concerns and handle multiple priorities
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Flexible team player
* High level of accuracy in work
* Ability to work under pressure
