Who we are looking for We are seeking a junior data analyst with a passion for systems and reporting to join the Business Performance and Planning team within The National Autistic Society. The Business Performance and Planning team collaborates closely with a range of colleagues across the National Programmes Directorate and the organisation as a whole to track performance, and ensure we are meeting our organisational objectives and policies. We require an excellent team-worker with exceptional attention to detail, and prioritising abilities. Data analysis and Power BI experience is necessary and familiarity with a variety of systems and a desire to continue learning is key. You will be committed to fostering an open, honest culture of mutual respect, where we learn by our experiences and we are committed to doing things better.
