Working across Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Modelling, Segmentation, Report Creation, Data Manipulation and Dashboard delivery. Knowledge of Print, AV and Digital marketing channels is advantageous as well as demonstratable skills in supporting marketing teams with multi-million-pound budgets via measurement, analysis, and campaign optimisation. This role also involves line management responsibilities of an Insight Analyst including provision of technical training, coaching and strategic direction of more junior staff. Key activities and responsibilities you will expect: Drive data-led decision making by analysing marketing performance across Print, TV, Radio, and Digital channels to support strategy and channel optimisation. Provide analytical insight to support business decisions, identifying opportunities and initiating data-driven initiatives that contribute to commercial growth. Develop and refine targeting and selection strategies (e.g. print marketing volumes and segmentation) to maximise sales performance and optimise marketing investment. Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, influencing decision-making through clear analysis, storytelling, and presentations to senior leaders. Develop and maintain analytical tools and relationships, including enhancing dashboards, analysing large datasets, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure insights are aligned with business needs.
