As Contracts Manager, you will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the exacting standards the company is known for.
You will work closely with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, consultants, and the supply chain, taking ownership of contract administration, programme delivery, and overall performance across a portfolio of bespoke residential schemes.

* Ensure full compliance with contract procedures, protocols, and reporting requirements
* Lead and manage Health & Safety compliance, including CDM 2015
* Chair client, consultant, and site meetings with professionalism and clarity
* Issue contractual notices and maintain accurate, detailed project documentation throughout
