Job Purpose We're looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to lead on damp, mould and condensation diagnostics across residential properties. You will carry out detailed inspections, identify root causes, and produce clear technical reports and recommendations. The role includes specifying and overseeing remedial works, ensuring high‑quality delivery through effective contractor management. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with residents, keeping them informed and supported throughout each case.
