The Role:
As a Graduate Account Executive, you will play a central role in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth communication across the business.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and nurturing relationships within a portfolio of clients
* Serving as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments
* Ensuring clear, timely communication across operations, sales, and customer service
* Supporting account managers with day-to-day tasks and project coordination
* Analysing client data and performance reports to support improvements
* Contributing to the long-term development and growth of client accounts
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A 2:1 degree or above
* At least 6 months of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, sales, or similar)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Good organisational ability and a proactive approach
* An interest in developing a career within logistics, supply chain, or account management
