We’re seeking an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join a supportive, creative kitchen team. Work alongside the Executive Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes and help develop a high-performing brigade.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Head Chef with kitchen management & food prep
Ensure consistent, high-quality dishes
Maintain hygiene & food safety standards
Support stock management and ordering
Contribute to menu development and specials
Mentor and train junior staff Ideal Candidate:
Experience as Junior Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie
Strong knowledge of modern & classic techniques
