Project Planner
Job Summary
Are you a structured thinker with excellent organisational skills? Do you have some previous experience in a coordination or planning role?
We are recruiting for a motivated Project Planner to join the team.
You will learn how to manage the creation, maintenance, and updating of project schedules using Primavera P6. You will collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.

Responsibilities :
4. Develop and maintain integrated master execution schedules using Primavera P6.
5. Coordinate planning efforts and secure necessary approvals from project stakeholders.
6. Communicate project priorities effectively to various departments.
7. Implement and manage progress measurement and reporting systems.
8. Participate in risk identification, mitigation, and project meetings, providing critical input for project success.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Experience:
9. Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera) and MRP systems (preferably SAP) would be highly advantageous.
10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data efficiently.
11. Excellent collaboration and communication skills
12. Ability to work independently, proactive and ability to drive own development
