What will you be doing?
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating your TPS team to deliver and achieve the business plans and objectives of the Centre. Your role is to ensure excellence in customer service, develop strategic plans, and ensure all processes are in place to run a successful TPS Centre.
* Achieve Centre targets and business objectives
* Translate overall sales targets into departmental goals and set challenging but achievable objectives with first-line management
* Motivate, recognize, and incentivize the team
* Create Personal Development Plans, monitor progress, and provide developmental or corrective support as needed
* Develop a Manpower Plan and establish a succession plan for your centre
* Foster a customer-centric culture within the business
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through the team
* Work within the sales strategy to increase revenues by devising and implementing sales plans
* Monitor business performance regularly, identify opportunities for improvement, and take corrective actions
* Analyze market data to identify potential sales opportunities
* Work towards achieving the business plan and budget, controlling costs within set parameters, including Gross Margin levels
* Ensure compliance with business standards, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines (including Warranty)
* Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
* Ensure the overall security of stock and premises

* Proven ability or aptitude for leading and motivating a team to achieve targets in a B2B environment
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and interest in the automotive industry
* Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
* Experience in devising strategies and implementing plans

* Strategic planning skills to grow and develop a business
