Reporting to the Director of Estates, Environment & Facilities, the postholder will lead on the operational management of all engineering infrastructure and building services across a range of highly specialised and business critical activities crucial to the success of the University. This role spans all three campuses which have varied and complex assets and ensures that these are safe, compliant, and well maintained in support of the University’s Estates Strategy. This role will suit exceptional candidates with a track record of managing large diverse estates through both in-house operational teams and outsourced contracts. You will be adept at prioritising and providing an exceptional customer service all within budget.
