With a well-established brand and growing portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to support the continued growth and success of their Lettings & Property Management team. Your new roleAs a Senior Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing a residential portfolio while supporting the Head of Lettings & Property Management in delivering departmental objectives and driving business growth. This is a client-facing role requiring strong relationship management, operational oversight, and a proactive approach to service delivery. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, building and maintaining strong professional relationships Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring any issues are promptly addressed Managing tenant onboarding, including referencing, lease agreements, and move-ins Overseeing rent collection, arrears management, and deposit handling in line with company procedures.
