Description LSH Auto is inviting applications for the position of Aftersales Executive at our dealership in Macclesfield. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exemplary aftersales support and services following their vehicle purchases. As an Aftersales Executive, you will manage a variety of customer enquiries while working collaboratively with our service and parts teams to provide the best possible experience. Your main responsibilities will involve scheduling service appointments, addressing customer needs promptly, and ensuring that communications are clear and effective. Your focus on delivering high-quality customer service will help enhance our reputation and strengthen our customer relationships. Hours - 45 Salary - £30,387 Plus OTE bonus Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries regarding aftersales services and support. Schedule and manage service appointments while maintaining optimal customer communication. Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery. Provide customers with updates and resolutions regarding their service experiences. Promote aftersales products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Contribute to achieving aftersales performance targets. Requirements The successful candidate will possess: Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role in the automotive industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational capabilities with attention to detail. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. A valid driver's licence is essential.
