Berry Recruitment are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support a busy office based in King's Lynn.
Reporting to the Director/Manager, you’ll handle a range of administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain up-to-date office administration
* Answer phones and direct accurate information as needed
* Ensure timely preparation of contract sales paperwork
* Liaise with clients regarding payments and overdue accounts
* Support order processing to meet contract deadlines
* Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude
Requirements:
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above)
* Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Sage knowledge is desirable.
* Ability to work as part of a team, with strong organisational skills
* Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
