Role Overview: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Support the wider school community where needed. Requirements: Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Previous experience in education or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
