My well established Distribution client based in Wolverhampton are looking for a Project Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. This will be working 20 hours per week over 4 days with the possibly of this increasing to full time in the near future. This will be an immediate start for the successful candidate.
Duties:
1. Assisting Project Director in all aspects of administration
2. Assist in planning, scheduling, and organising project activities and timelines.
3. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
4. Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
5. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and logs.
6. Update project management systems and databases regularly
7. Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries.
8. Manage project files, correspondence, and record-keeping.
9. Ensure all project processes comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
10. Support risk and issue tracking and help escalate concerns when needed.
Key Skills:-
11. Ideally have worked in a similar role previously
12. Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
14. Proficiency with IT systems – ideally advanced Excel skills
