Estate & Cottage Holiday Business Assistant
We're looking for a practical, reliable person to help support the day-to-day running of a family farm home (near Wells) with a small holiday cottage business.
This is a hands-on, on-site, part-time role working closely with a member of the family and would suit someone local who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly.
What the role involves:
* Supporting the general day-to-day running of the estate and holiday cottages
* Spotting and helping resolve adhocissues (property repairs, drains, smells, wear and tear etc)
* Liaising with local trades, contractors, and suppliers
* Keeping Air BnB cottages stocked with essentials (toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc.)
* Light admin such as ordering supplies, keeping notes, and paying bills
This is not an office-only or pure hospitality role - it's about being dependable, practical, mobile and happy to get stuck in with close proximity to the family.

Experience with estate management, property, farms, or holiday lets is helpful but not essential. Common sense, reliability, and a positive attitude matter most.
