We are seeking an experienced plumber to perform maintenance and repairs to our clients heating and hot water systems, completing all work in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. The Plumber will visit client properties to perform a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks. They will ensure that all plumbing systems function efficiently and safely, completing all repairs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Perform all necessary plumbing repairs and maintenance work.
* Install and repair plumbing fixtures.
* Diagnose and assess plumbing issues.
* Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, adhere to daily work.
* Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and tenants.
* Self‑motivated, flexible and able to work in a team environment.
* Diagnose problems and propose cost‑effective solutions.
* Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Adhere to the out of hours, weekends and evenings on‑call rota.
* Complete the appropriate criminal and reference checks before starting.
Qualifications
* Qualified and experienced in plumbing with relevant certification.
