This is a permanent full-time vacancy open to qualified PWPs, and we encourage you to apply if you have experience as a PWP. Post holders should hold relevant accreditation (e.g., BPS or BABCP) and qualification (PgCert in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions).
The West Yorkshire Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub is committed to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all health and social care professionals and volunteers. In this remote role, as a PWP, you will provide evidence-based low-intensity interventions, support triage, rapid, and clinical risk assessments, and contribute to service development. There will be opportunities for personal development in a supportive environment.

As part of the service, you will support MDT triage, conduct initial client contact calls, and assist in assessments. The role is hybrid, primarily remote, with travel across West Yorkshire for meetings and engagement activities.
As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you will deliver brief clinical risk assessments, formulations, and psychological interventions for common mental health issues, including group and individual modalities. You will empower clients to manage distress and crises effectively.
