Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Technology Recruitment Manager with a proven track record of:
* Billing personally in contract
* Winning new business consistently
* Building, leading, and scaling successful contract teams
You will be responsible for launching and growing the Technology Contract Division, covering areas such as:
Software | Cloud | DevOps | Data | Cyber | Infrastructure | Digital Transformation
This is a true player-manager role with full P&L influence and long-term equity potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and lead a high-performing team of contract tech recruiters
* Drive consistent new business acquisition across technology markets
* Lead by example with personal billings
* Design and execute the strategy for the Tech Contract division
* Recruit, train, and develop consultants into high billers
* Oversee contractor compliance, IR35, payroll, and audit processes
* Build PSL/MSP relationships and enterprise accounts
* Forecast revenue, manage KPIs, and drive performance
* Play a key role in shaping overall company culture and growth
Essential Experience
✅ 5+ years in contract technology recruitment
✅ Proven history of building and leading contract recruitment teams
✅ Strong personal billing track record
✅ Demonstrable success in new client acquisition
✅ Deep understanding of IR35, umbrella, PAYE, and compliance
✅ Experience with scaling teams and managing performance
