About the Role We are seeking a confident and knowledgeable Healthcare Practice Lecturer to support urgent cover in our Level 4 and Level 5 Higher Education provision. This role will initially support scheduled cover where internal staff are unavailable, with the opportunity to work up to 24 hours per week as required. As part of this role you will be teaching Bioscience subjects, with an emphasis on anatomy and physiology, within higher education healthcare programmes. You will work collaboratively with the curriculum team to ensure continuity and quality of student learning. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective teaching in Bioscience subjects relating to anatomy and physiology at Level 4 and Level 5 Provide timely cover for scheduled sessions (initially 9 hours ASAP through Wednesday morning, all day Thursday, and ongoing hours to fill the timetable) Support and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds in an inclusive FE/HE setting Collaborate with the healthcare teaching team to maintain high standards of delivery and student support What do you need?
