Troi Search is working exclusively with The Gym Group to find a Mat Cover Delivery Manager to oversee a critical value stream.
As a Digital Delivery Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of full-stack digital projects within a value stream. Responsibilities include managing a team of digital specialists, coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also identify and mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure the project aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives.
You will work closely with Digital Marketing to enhance the "join journey" and improve user experience.
We're seeking someone with extensive delivery experience focusing on Digital Sales, Conversion, and A/B Testing.
What we're looking for:
Proven delivery expertise leading full-stack digital initiatives using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience managing complex backlogs, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring incremental value delivery.
Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and delivery, fostering trust, collaboration, and shared ownership.
An Agile mindset, promoting continuous improvement, team empowerment, servant leadership, and self-organisation.
Strong communication skills, able to translate technical and delivery updates into clear, business-relevant information.
Experience managing stakeholders across internal teams and third-party partners, maintaining expectations and momentum.
