The opportunity
As a manager in the Marketing & Activation team, you will play a key role in helping to achieve our firmwide strategic objectives by developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that build client relationships, support revenue objectives, and enhance the firm's reputation.
Sitting within the Marketing and Activation team, part of the wider Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) function, you will be at the core of turning plans into action, ensuring delivery of outcomes, and liaising daily with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
The role requires a motivated individual capable of working both independently and within a team. The ideal candidate will have experience across all aspects of marketing, with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. A proven track record in designing and executing successful campaigns tailored to specific markets is essential.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Lead complex campaigns for major programmes and markets, collaborating closely with workstream leaders and the business to develop briefs and value propositions.
2. Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen client relationships, support revenue goals, and bolster the firm's reputation.
3. Serve as the BMC contact for your portfolio, advising on strategy, activation, and scope of services.
4. Manage production and delivery of campaign components within set timelines and budgets; measure effectiveness and refine activities based on insights.
5. Coordinate with digital and content teams to ensure relevant, engaging content aligned with the buyer journey.
6. Maintain EY.COM pages, update profiles, and develop new profiles as needed, including managing content and expiring pages.
7. Develop UK-specific messaging for global reports/pages as part of strategic activation.
8. Build and maintain strong internal and external networks, collaborating with various teams, agencies, and studios to deliver differentiated, brand-focused solutions.
9. Support team development by fostering a positive environment that encourages learning and growth.
Skills And Attributes For Success
* Extensive business experience or a relevant degree/professional qualification.
* Experience working in large or matrix organizations, managing multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent time and project management skills, with attention to detail and deadline adherence.
* Proven success in strategic campaign management and delivering consistent messaging across channels.
* Strong understanding of campaign principles, commercial acumen, and ability to deliver high-value activities with ROI focus.
* Enthusiastic, proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
* Willingness to embrace change, drive process improvements, and adopt best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in marketing program management within a corporate setting.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with creative agencies and briefing processes.
