We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Executive to join this manufacturer in Bedford. In this role, you will drive market communications through various media to effectively represent the company's brand, products, and services to customers and prospects.

Our client is a leader in the development, manufacture, and supply of occupational health and environmental monitoring instrumentation, with a history dating back to 1799. They have over 40 years of innovation in noise monitoring and 60 years in dust monitoring.
About the role
As a Marketing and Communications Executive, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and coordinating service providers such as creative and PR agencies
* Maintaining administrative control of advertising, PR, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and budgeted delivery
* Liaising with sales to identify new customers and market areas to develop prospects
* Managing agencies to maximize effectiveness and address service issues
* Maintaining, updating, and analyzing website content to optimize engagement and lead generation
* Producing multi-lingual marketing materials
* Managing company exhibitions, roadshows, and courses, including post-event lead analysis
* Developing advertisements, sales aids, and exhibition graphics
* Using CRM, email, and web CMS systems effectively
* Collaborating with the Global Marketing Manager to improve lead generation strategies
About you
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A Marketing or Business Studies degree with significant marketing communications elements (or equivalent)
* Experience working in a marketing department or role
* This may be your 2nd or 3rd position since university
* Creativity and experience in web/digital campaigns
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
* Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
* Effective prioritization skills
* Intermediate knowledge of publishing and email marketing systems
* Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
* Excellent presentation skills
* Team player mentality
Hours & Rewards
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. The salary range is £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
