Synapri are currently partnered with a high-growth, global business who are looking for a Director of Web Growth & Engagement to lead the strategy and execution of their B2B website as a primary driver of acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This is a maternity cover contract and is suited to someone senior who thrives on data-driven decision making and delivering measurable business impact.
What you’ll do:
✅ Own the digital strategy for B2B website growth, focusing on organic traffic, conversion, and engagement.
✅ Lead CRO initiatives and website optimisations, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams.
✅Develop content-led strategies that attract, engage, and retain customers.
✅ Oversee analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking, translating data into actionable insights.
✅ Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists, ensuring alignment with global acquisition and commercial goals.
Your background:
✅5-10 years in digital marketing with significant experience owning B2B SaaS website strategy.
✅ Deep knowledge of SEO, UX/UI, CRO, and website performance metrics.
✅ Proven track record of driving website-led growth and improving user engagement.
✅ Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
✅ Comfortable with tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Figma, Contentful, HubSpot, or equivalents.
This is a senior role where you’ll shape the online experience for business audiences and directly impact growth.
📍Location: Remote from anywhere in the UK with adhoc travel
