KT Healthcare is a family-owned private therapy company specialising in high-quality Autism Diagnostic Services. Our work is centred around building meaningful connections with patients and their families while delivering diagnostic assessments and reports of the highest clinical standard.

We work closely with GPs, NHSICBsand clinicians to ensure every patient receives a seamless,supportiveand well-coordinated experience throughout their diagnostic journey.

As our service continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and compassionatePatient Services Coordinatorto join our Autism Service Operations Team.

The Role

This is a varied, multi-skilled operational role at the heart of our Autism Service.

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will support all core operational functions — from managing referrals and handling enquiries, to coordinating appointments, processing reports, and supporting GP relations. You will rotate across different workstreams within the team, helping to ensure a resilient, flexible service and a consistently excellent patient experience.

You will be central to ensuring that each patient’s journey from referral to report is smooth, well-managed and delivered in line with clinical,contractualand organisational standards.

WhatYou’llBe Doing

Service Coordination & Scheduling

Managing clinician diaries to ensureoptimalclinic capacity

Coordinating patient pathways from referral through to assessment and reporting

Resolving scheduling conflicts and delays proactively

Processing referrals, riskscreeningsand appointment bookings efficiently

Acting as a non-clinical first point of contact for patients,familiesand referrers

Handling enquiries with sensitivity,professionalismand empathy

Maintainingaccurate, up-to-date patient records

Supporting the collection and escalation of patient feedback

Operational & Administrative Support

Providing day-to-day administrative support across the Autism Service

Supporting clinicians with scheduling,documentationandlogistics

Working collaboratively within a respectful, supportive team environment

Clinical Governance & Compliance

Ensuring records meet CQC, Safeguarding, GDPR and internal governance standards

Supporting audits, qualityassuranceand compliance tasks

Reporting incidents accurately and promptly in line with policy

Using systems such asSemblefor patient management and scheduling

Maintainingaccuratedatabases and operational records

Collating and processing data for performance reporting (waiting times, pathway metrics, outcomes)

Identifyingopportunities to improve workflows and patient experience

Comfortable working across multiple operational functions

Confident using Microsoft Office and digital scheduling systems

Knowledgeable about GDPR, data protection and safeguarding responsibilities

Previousexperience in healthcare, clinical administration, patientcoordinationor a similar operational role would be highly beneficial.
