Are you ready to shape the future of procurement on a global scale? As our Source to Pay S2P Global Process Owner, you'll take the lead in defining and optimizing our end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes across all regions and business banners (B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama etc). You'll work in close partnership with senior leadership, procurement teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistency, efficiency, and alignment with our broader business goals, policies, and regulatory standards.

* Own and lead global procurement processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives & internal policies/regulations and consistent execution across all regions and banners.
* Find opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains, implementing changes to enhance procurement performance.
* Work closely with key team members, including finance, legal, and IT, to ensure procurement processes are aligned with organizational needs and objectives.
* Lead the change management process for any new or revised global procurement processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption by all stakeholders.
* Leverage Productivity & Performance capabilities in order to track process performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
* Contribute to define, optimize and manage our Supplier Relationship Management Program in close alignment with SRM Champions
* lead our global Risk Approach initiative to streamline our S2P process across Compliance, Legal, Finance & Procurement requirements

* Proven experience in a global Procurement organization
* In-depth understanding of full Procurement processes (S2C and P2P)
* Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and driving process optimization across multiple regions or countries.
* Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
* Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and navigate complex, global environments.

What we offer.


Private Health Care

Opportunity to receive up to family level cover with Bupa. Join within three months of starting or at annual renewal in April. (This benefit is subject to Benefit In Kind taxation).


Kingfisher Pension Scheme

Immediate eligibility through auto-enrolment. Contribute 8% to receive a max 14% from the Company.

25 days per annum plus bank holidays as stated in your contract (pro rated for part time colleagues).

Kingfisher Share Save

Save with the option to buy Kingfisher plc shares at the end of a 3 or 5 year period. Offered annually. Three months service is required at the annual invitation date, normally in October.
