Deliver a service that meets all organisational and professional responsibilities and standards. Promote and undertake personal care duties to support the hygiene and dignity of service users. Assist with household and domestic duties, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Provide support for daily routines, leisure activities, and outings, and assist with appointments and visits. Contribute to and maintain accurate records, including care plans and review notes. Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and supervision to ensure a collaborative and high-quality approach to care.
