Our client are a well known firm of estate agents in the area. They are known for their exceptional customer service and local expertise. Now looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the team and drive the success of the branch to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of estate agents to ensure sales targets are met.
* Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to maintain high professional standards within the team.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive property sales and increase market share.
* Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with property owners, buyers, and developers.
* Ensure exceptional service to clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
* Monitor the branch’s performance against financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, expenses, and forecasts for senior management.
* Ensure branch operations are within budget and adhere to company financial policies.
* Ensure all sales processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions.
* Stay informed about changes in property laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
* Work with the marketing team to promote properties and enhance the branch’s local presence.
* Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including property listings and local advertising.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, businesses, and influencers.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Estate Agent or Branch Manager within a property sales environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
* In-depth knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
* Full UK driving license.
