An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join our team to help within our grounds maintenance department, to help maintain our premium domestic clients' gardens. Some soft landscaping skills would also be an advantage. Grounds Maintenance Operative Key Responsibilities: * General garden maintenance including mowing, strimming, hedge trimming, weeding, and pruning * Operating and maintaining garden machinery and tools (e.g., mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers) * Carrying out seasonal tasks such as lawn care, leaf clearing, mulching & planting. * Ensuring health and safety is followed at all times * Communicating effectively with clients & colleagues. * Working as part of a team to complete daily schedules. * Performing basic maintenance on tools and reporting defects.
