Finance & Office Administrator Location: Horley Hours: 22.5 hours per week (can be worked over 3 days or split over 5 school hour days) My client is an independent telecoms provider looking for a highly organised Finance & Office Administrator to support their team. You'll be responsible for financial admin, customer support, and keeping our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Input and reconcile invoices and payments (QuickBooks) Produce weekly financial reports and manage petty cash Support customer queries and maintain records Handle supplier payments and assist with billing checks Keep the office organised and support directors What Were Looking For: Experience in finance admin/bookkeeping (QuickBooks ideally) Great communication and time management skills Proactive, detail-focused, and confident working independently Bonus: experience in telecoms/IT or with Uboss, Fastpay Why Join Us?
