Meadow View Farm School is an exceptional specialist provision for children with additional needs. Having previously been judged Outstanding by Ofsted, our latest inspection under the new Ofsted report card framework recognised the school as Exceptional in Attendance and Behaviour, Inclusion, and Personal Development and Wellbeing. Inspectors described the school as a "shining example" of how pupils can experience success through exceptional care, support and inclusion.
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who can motivate, engage and inspire our pupils. The successful candidate will be hardworking, resilient and committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will also have experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs, and will be passionate about ensuring that every child feels valued. A Forest School qualification would be welcome but is not essential.
The salary range for the post of Teaching Assistant is currently £20,011 - £21,402 (actual salary). However this salary range will be adjusted if the successful candidate has a Forest School qualification.
