Support Worker – Williton - £12.68 ph plus night enhancement
Typical Shifts are: working 20:30 - 08:00 working 2 shifts a week including alternate weekends

Our warm and friendly residential service in Williton is close to the seaside and has an enviable garden and summerhouse which is regularly used for barbeques and outside games. You can be sure that no two days will be the same! As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should ideally hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism, and people who have experienced trauma.
