Main Responsibilities
1. Quoting: Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts, covering both our own machinery and other OEM equipment.
2. Order Management: Enter orders into production systems, generate purchase orders, and coordinate timely procurement from suppliers.
3. Shipping & Logistics: Organise dispatch of parts via couriers and pallet networks; arrange fittings when necessary.
4. Project Coordination: Manage a range of tasks from straightforward replacements ( ducting) to moreplex spare part requirements.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain thorough documentation of quotes, orders, inventory levels, and dispatches.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Technical, engineering, or manufacturing background (essential)
8. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously (essential)
9. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal
10. Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and accuracy
11. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
12. IT-literate, with confidence using order management and office software
