Were looking for an experienced Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join a busy, well-established joinery manufacturer in Burton-on-Trent. This is a purely workshop-based role, working on high-end, bespoke interior projects no site work.
The Role:
* Manufacturing bespoke joinery and cabinetry from technical drawings
* Operating workshop machinery and hand tools
* Assembling, sanding, and finishing to a high standard
* Working independently and as part of a team to deliver on time
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience in bench joinery or cabinet making
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
* Workshop-based manufacturing background (not site fitting)
* Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of work
Pay & Benefits:
1. £15.00£19.00 per hour (DOE)
2. Overtime paid at time and a half
3. 40-hour basic week with early Friday finish
