This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive a first-class experience across a network of UK sites. From onboarding new clients to managing enquiries, bookings, and order processing, you'll be at the heart of delivering smooth and efficient service.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting customer onboarding and maintaining key service databases.
* Liaising with partners and suppliers to coordinate service delivery.
* Producing customer reports and processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders.
* Setting up new contracts and managing existing customer records accurately.
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
* Organising and managing bookings using internal systems.
* Working closely with operations, sales, commercial, IT, and finance teams to ensure seamless service.
* Updating portals and systems with accurate data for management reporting.
* Assisting with training and supporting new team members when required.
About You
Essential:
* Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role.
* Confident working with internal systems, databases, and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle enquiries professionally.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive, reliable team player who can also work independently
