This Field Service Engineer role is more than just technical. You’ll travel to Ensemble locations, install cutting-edge broadband, TV, and phone services, øst troubleshoot issues, and help customers stay connected. You’ll work 4 days a week (Monday‑Saturday), with 7.5‑10 hour shifts after full training.
Must‑Live Postcodes
PE1, PE2, PE3, PE4, PE5, PE6, PE7, PE9, PE10, PE11, PE12
Responsibilities
* Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services in customers' homes.
* Resolve technical issues quickly to keep customers connected.
* Provide exceptional service and leave customers satisfied.
* Work independently with support from a team.
Qualifications
* UK manual driving licence.
* Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather.
* Live in one of the specified postcodes.
