Engagement and Evaluation Officer – Families First Partnership Programme Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid working – BCP Council) Contract: 10 months (initial) Hours: 37 hours per week Pay Rate: £27 per hour (via umbrella company) (£22 PAYE an hour) About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join BCP Council as an Engagement and Evaluation Officer, supporting the implementation of the National Families First Partnership Transformation Programme. This new role will play a key part in shaping how we evaluate the impact of local transformation across children’s services, ensuring that change is meaningful, evidence-based, and grounded in the lived experiences of children, young people, families, and staff. As an experienced developer of social evaluation systems, you will design and implement tools that capture both qualitative and quantitative insights, informing strategic leads on the progress and success of the Families First reforms. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of reforms across Early Help, Family Help, Multi-Agency Child Protection Teams (MACPTs), and Family Group Decision Making.
