:
1. Implement global PPI strategy by collaborating with network-wide functional support colleagues.
2. Lead the PPI program, getting results and influencing at all levels within the division through both program oversight and hands-on project facilitation.
3. Partner with leadership teams across commercial, client services, planning, supply chain, and finance to establish a multi-year roadmap.
4. Deploy tools and systems to ensure efficient project and portfolio management. Track critical metrics and implement countermeasures when PPI progress gets off track.
5. Run and lead the PPI Steering Committee to review, prioritize, and discuss current projects, the pipeline of PPI projects, critical metrics, and changing business priorities.
6. Drive critical thinking and continuous improvement, connecting cross-functional resources to enhance efficiency.
7. Support functional leadership in assessing and improving PPI health.
8. Inspire change and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement across all levels by serving as the primary PPI change agent.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
9. Minimum of eight years in a technical role in client services/project management, quality, process improvement, finance, or engineering.
10. Shown ability to facilitate Continuous Improvement work teams, ideally with a history of leading successful hands-on continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Training certificates from a recognized company or academic institution, with Lean Six Sigma/PPI Lean Certification preferred.
12. Comfortable working in ambiguity with attention to detail
13. Strong written and oral communication skills.
14. Ability to collaborate and work successfully across a heavily matrixed environment
15. Ability to read, understand, and implement SOPs and policies of a GMP environment.
Education :
BS/BA degree, preferably in a quantitative and analytic field from an accredited College or University required.
