This Finance Assistant role offers the chance to be a key part of a busy finance team, supporting essential tasks like invoicing, reconciliations, and day-to-day finance operations to help keep everything running smoothly. The role: Process purchase invoices and keep records up to date. Help with bank reconciliations by matching payments and receipts. Raise and send customer invoices when needed. Check and update supplier and customer information. Use finance systems to input data and run basic reports. Support the finance team with general admin and filing. Help answer finance-related queries from suppliers or colleagues. The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: Be able to demonstrate experience in a finance function experience to include processing invoices. Be able to demonstrate experience in a finance function experience to include bank reconciliations. Confident in producing management accounts up to trial balance. Desirable: Part qualified accountant or IATI/AAT/Finance qualification.
