About The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising marketing campaigns that support vehicle sales, aftersales revenue and brand growth across the Group. Working closely with manufacturer partners and internal stakeholders, you will ensure all marketing activity is aligned with business objectives and delivers a strong return on investment. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing automotive group.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all Group franchises.
* Plan and manage quarterly marketing activity aligned with manufacturer programmes and commercial objectives.
* Deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns that are on time, on budget and fully brand compliant.
* Identify and implement growth opportunities across digital marketing, CRM, local marketing initiatives and partnerships.
* Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, continuously optimising for lead generation and ROI.
* Manage marketing budgets to maximise efficiency and commercial impact.
* Lead, develop and support the marketing team, fostering a high‑performance and data‑driven culture.
* Improve marketing processes, tools and automation to enhance operational effectiveness.
* Build strong working relationships with sales, aftersales and wider business teams.
* Ensure marketing activity supports the Groups broader strategic objectives.
What Were Looking For
* Proven marketing leadership experience, ideally within a multi‑brand environment.
* Strong understanding of dealership marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition.
* Experience working with manufacturer marketing programmes and brand standards.
* Expertise in SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), including AI‑driven marketing strategies.
* Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to performance measurement and optimisation.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience delivering customer events and retention campaigns.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
