Content Operations Manager
Bristol, UK (ONSITE)
Salary: Up to £45,000per annum
Likewize Support provide knowledge solutions and technical support for a range of world class brands, from banks & cell phone networks to retailers. Our Digital Delivery (DD) function creates and enables the communications for those support tools underpinned by continuous insight.

Job Profile
The content team write articles, specs, step-by-step troubleshooter scripts and other support content which enable non-technical people to resolve technical problems and find the answers to general tech queries.
This role requires a digital and tech-savvy manager to join and manage our digital content operations team. The right candidate will be adept at people management, with strong experience of managing teams. Confident managing a content pipeline whilst delivering continuous improvement, you will be comfortable getting content changes from A to B while ensuring good quality outputs are delivered.
In a multi-disciplined role, you will be required to motivate and inspire your team while also managing client and senior stakeholder’s expectations on delivery and deployment timings. Tracking of tasks is key and maintaining awareness of delivery at each stage from brief to deployment will be a success factor. Analytically minded you will be driven by data (internal & external) & KPI led.
Core requirements
1. Manage and develop the team to create new content in response to:
2. New product releases
3. Voice of customer insight
4. Client requests and feedback
5. Operating system updates/releases
6. Market trends
7. Assign & track tasks & monitor progress accordingly implementing strong processes and cadence to ensure they are completed on time
8. Stay up to date with the latest device and operating system releases
9. Ensure that Content Editors have necessary training/equipment to deliver their objectives
10. Be the benchmark for quality of work produced – addressing & acting on gaps/concerns
11. Support Head of Digital Delivery in continuously reviewing and improving processes
12. Manage a roadmap of development improvements to IT & track these (via Sprints)
13. Ensure that customer’s questions return the right answers & relevant responses in search
14. Review existing articles, specs and troubleshooter script content on a regular basis, evolving how how/what we deliver
15. Review and update content in response to insight & feedback
16. Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures

25. Basic HTML (desirable but no essential)
