Job Summary
The Site Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the site. This position requires a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Site Administrator will be responsible for maintaining records, managing communications, and providing support to various departments as needed.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient site operations
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for various projects and activities
* Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and courtesy
* Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring information is recorded accurately and promptly
* Support financial management by using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create reports, presentations, and other documents
* Provide clerical support to team members as needed, including typing and filing tasks
Skills
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative roles
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
* Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management is advantageous
* Previous clerical experience is preferred
