I am partnering with a large corporate business seeking a proactive and confident Financial Accountant to join their financial close team on an interim basis.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and add immediate value.
Key responsibilities:
* Support month-end close, including clearing existing backlog
* Review and improve end-to-end finance processes (many currently manual)
* Implement practical efficiency and control improvements
* Work confidently with Excel (advanced level required)
* Operate independently within a fast-paced environment
You will be:
* Hands-on and delivery-focused
* Experienced in financial close environments
* Able to quickly understand and improve processes
* Confident working under pressure with minimal supervision
