Job Description
3. Prepare and manage monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
5. Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making processes.
6. Oversee cost control measures and identify areas for financial improvement.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
8. Assist in preparing year-end accounts and liaising with auditors.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
10. Continuously improve financial reporting systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
12. Proven expertise in management accounting within the manufacturing industry.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
